While it can be assumed that Tycho returned to the Iron Bank in Braavos after collecting the crown's money, his last conversation with Cersei was not a pointless throwaway. It can be assumed that after talking to Cersei, Tycho boarded a ship and sailed back to Braavos, happy to be done with all the kings and wars of Westeros. Still, if the final war of Season 8 goes poorly for Cersei, he may have another distinction to his name — the last person to collect a debt from a Lannister.
