Donald Trump has more diplomacy experience than you may think. Like that time he tweeted to intervene in the romantic entanglements of Twilightco-stars.
While promoting her directorial debut,Engsub Archives Come Swim, at Sundance, Kristen Stewart recalled how POTUS was once weirdly "obsessed" with her while speaking to Variety. "It’s such far-out concept that I don’t want to believe that actually is happening. It’s insane,” she said.

At the time, Stewart didn't think much of it -- Trump was a nobody in her book. "At that point, he was just, a reality star. I had no reference." Ouch.

Stewart is set to make her Saturday Night Livehosting debut on Feb. 4, so Trump will certainly have plenty more to tweet about instead of actually doing his job.
Stewart was bummed out she couldn't join the Women's March on Washington, but participated in the sister march at Sundance. "We're promoting a movie, we really don't have time to march," she joked.
Although she admits herself she hasn't always been a particularly politically minded person, that's shifting for her.
Stewart told The Hollywood Reporterthat she wants to move away from creating work about, "really first-world white-people problems" and intends focus on gun control with her next directorial effort and promises it will "kick ass."
"You don't have to be a politically involved person to be uber-aware of the fact that very basic humanitarian ideas are being so incredibly trampled on," said Stewart.
