Bun dropping is Asian movies Archivesa trend in which people with long hair -- usually women -- film themselves letting their hair down from a messy bun. No, there's not anything else. That's it.
But the footage, in all its silky glory, is strangely mesmerizing. It's like watching a particularly extreme hair commercial.
