Lenovo has given its ThinkPads a makeover.
The Peter BaumgartnerChinese tech company has unveiled nine new ThinkPad models just in time for CES 2018, the world's largest electronics show. They include two lightweight X-series devices designed for mobility, three larger T-series devices with integrated graphics for gaming and video editing, and four in the more budget-friendly L-series devices.
SEE ALSO: Lenovo ThinkPad 10 Tablet Is All BusinessAll models are equipped with Intel's 8th-generation core processors, the newest Intel processor on the market. They also come with webcam shutters so you can finally stop taping over that thing, and USB-C power adapters for universal charging.
We'll also see fingerprint readers and IR cameras with facial recognition, for extra security and more convenient sign-in.
Lenovo could not be reached for comment.
The models vary in starting price: The X series models range from $999 to $1459, the T series $989 to $1079, and the L series $609 to $1049, reports CNET.
The laptops will be on display at CES 2018 in Las Vegas, and will be available for purchase in early 2018. For more coverage from the show, click here.
