To paraphrase one Walter Sobchak: DO YOU SEE WHAT HAPPENS,Germany Archives JORDAN? DO YOU SEE WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU BOO A STRANGER AT THE DRAFT?
When the New York Knicks selected a 19-year-old Latvian named Kristaps Porzingis with the fourth overall pick of the 2015 NBA Draft, fans promptly freaked out.
Now, after a fantastic rookie season, Porzingis just swatted and dunked his way to cold-hearted revenge on his most famous critic -- a child named Jordan who was shown on TV crying at the draft.
When the Knicks picked Porzingis, cameras zoomed in on a child who laid the theatrics on thick with apparent anguish and tears to accompany a vigorous thumbs-down. He briefly became an Internet sensation.
Porzingis quickly shut his critics up by showcasing tantalizing potential in his first NBA season to become the hero Knicks fans need, but not the one they deserve.
Now heading into his second NBA year, Porzingis recently hosted an off-season basketball camp for kids. The kid who famously rejected him on draft day attended, at that's where our story takes a violent turn.
The two played a bit of one-on-one in front of other young campers. Porzingis, who stands 7-foot-3, swatted the kid twice then dunked on his head. Good times!

Porzingis may have now officially exacted his revenge, but this wasn't the first meeting between the two since the 2015 NBA Draft.
The young fan, whose name is Jordan, actually met Porzingis a few times this season. We know this from his Instagram account, which uses the handle -- you guessed it -- @cryingknicksfan.
Here they are exchanging a fist bump before one game.

And that's how you leverage your social media moment, folks. Jordan's playing chess, these other kids are just playing checkers.
