Unless you're lucky enough to008 Archivesflying in first or business class, plane travel can be a stressful experience.
To combat this, Australian airline Qantas has introduced a series of meditation videos in its in-flight entertainment systems so you can zone out mid-flight.
SEE ALSO: 7 mind-soothing apps that will help you sleep betterYou can choose from five different scenes around the country including Sydney Harbour, the Mornington Peninsula, Rottnest Island and Ormiston Gorge in the Northern Territory. The sessions are roughly 10 minutes long, and are set to be introduced onto planes by June.
For those who aren't planning to fly on the airline, the videos — which also include a 360 degree VR version — are available on YouTube.
Qantas isn't the first airline to introduce meditation on its aircraft. Air France did the same last year with its guided sessions, and Cathay Pacific added videos for in-seat yoga — you'll have to do your best to not to look strange or elbow your neighbour in the face.
And of course, there's also the glut of meditation smartphone apps out there. You'll find inner peace, eventually.
