Your long-distance flights may get a bit more bearable thanks to new OLED displays from LG.

Ahead of CES in Las Vegas next week,Han Yi-seul-I (한이슬) Archives LG announced flexible 55-inch OLED displays designed to be installed on the walls of airplanes to create the sense that you're not encased in a small cabin. The displays — which could show clouds, open sky, and other peaceful scenes — should allow "people to feel more openness" while traveling, according to an LG press release.

Unless, of course, you don't like to be reminded you're flying several miles up in the air. In that case, we recommend sleep masks.

It all sounds pretty great, though who knows how much your first-class ticket will actually cost with these. Someone's gotta pay for all those fancy-pants displays, after all.
