On his 66th birthday, a grateful father received one of the best surprises of his life.
The touching moment was recorded of the patriarch, Bill Reed, opening his gift to find a new pair of glasses. But these weren’t any ordinary frames.

The best moment was when Reed turned around and began to notice the colors all around him, including the balloons and the flowers around their home. He couldn't help but cry at the world around him.
