As the second presidential debate began,female full frontal Hillary Clinton chose not shake hands with Donald Trump.

It follows a whirlwind of a weekend where Donald Trump was caught saying vulgar comments on tape and launched a surprise press conference with women who accused Bill Clinton of sexual assault.
