SEE ALSO: The best tablets in 2025An Amazon-exclusive tablet, the 2024 Galaxy Tab S6 Lite offers the same basic design as its previous iteration, but packs an updated Exynos processor and comes with Android 14 out of the box. We loved its predecessor and named it one of our favorite tablet options for kids, largely due to the included S Pen stylus, dazzling display, Dolby Atmos stereo speakers, and ability to simply switch from kids mode to parent mode with a PIN. We can only expect that the newer version's boosted processing power would make us like it more, though we haven't had a chance to test it out.
It weighs in at just over a pound, yet features an expansive 10.4-inch screen and can last up to 14 hours on a single charge. It probably won't wow you like a Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra and serve as a laptop alternative, but it'll also only cost you 20% off the cost. And it'll certainly get the job done — and then some.
