Reddit user hereff posted an image of the message with the comment, "As an immigrant in London, this means a lot to me. Thank you :)."

Signed by a Liza Wedgwood, the message originates from the website avaaz.org as part of the #PostRefLove initiative that endeavors to counteract the rise of anti-immigration sentiment in the UK following the results of the EU referendum by inviting people to "share a message of hope."
