Happy Meals are a real cultural thing-- a lot of people feel nostalgic about eating them as kids (and, uh, now) -- and their reinvention certainly indicates the end of a classic fast food era. Take heart, however: hamburgers and Chicken McNuggets are still available as Happy Meal items, and you'll still be able to requesta cheeseburger. It just won't be a standard offering.
